- A believer in rights for people of color, women, the LGBTQ community, etc. I do not support using the free will God gave us to take away the free will of others.
- A young woman who enjoys the occasional alcoholic beverage
- A lover of fast and junk food
- A young woman who enjoys the art of twerking
- A young woman who believes that sex is a gift given to us by God.
I am a 22-year-old, multidimensional, complex black woman. I am a Christian, meaning that I have accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior, strive to maintain and strengthen my relationship with God, strive to please God and to fulfill His will for my life. God is the head of my life. I am a Feminist/Womanist, meaning that I believe in the social, political and economic equality of the sexes and work towards fighting against sexism by living in a way that defies, challenges and questions patriarchy. I am also awkward, a lover, a writer, and ultimately, a student of life. I run a blog (Diary of Jenai H.), a Facebook Page (Not of This World) and a YouTube channel to further connect with other women. The goals of this blog, along with the blog and channel, is to share my journey with others in the hope that they will be able to relate to me, connect with me, find comfort in knowing that they're not alone and learn from my experiences, as well as have a safe space share their thoughts, feelings, experiences and knowledge. I hope to build a community of like-minded women who can support and uplift one another as they each embark on their own individual journeys.
